If errors happen in the installation process, you can enable Microsoft's MSI logging and try the installer again (google how to enable MSI logging). Regarding the "Setup ended prematurely" message, the Virtualbox installer is actually a Microsoft program, which uses the host's "MSI" system. I installed full VB5.0.10 and upgraded to full 5.0.14 on Windows 10 with no issues about turning off the host-only network during the install. The going advice about installing is that you must right-click the Virtualbox installer program and choose "Run As Administrator" from the right-click menu, even if your account is an administrator account. Once Virtualbox is running correctly you can try the Genymotion program again.
Try taking the Genymotion stuff off for now and installing Virtualbox directly. Genymotion isn't supported here, so if you want to get help with Virtualbox here, you'd have to demonstrate that the problem exists in Virtualbox running by itself without any Genymotion products running. Ever since I have upgraded to windows 10 (then clean installed), I am unable to use or install VirtualBox properly.
